- Take over, retain and further develop POLYTECH’s established client base of surgeons, clinics and hospitals throughout Belgium.
- Build trusted, long-term partnerships with plastic surgeons, breast surgeons, clinics, hospitals, purchasing stakeholders and other relevant decision-makers.
- Develop and implement a strategic territory plan, identify new business opportunities and systematically increase POLYTECH’s market presence in Belgium.
- Provide approved product support and contribute to product launches, workshops, congresses, educational activities and generally client-oriented events.
- Take ownership of your client portfolio, sales pipeline and forecasts while collaborating with POLYTECH’s international commercial and support teams.

Your profile
- You have a degree or comparable qualification in business administration, life sciences, healthcare or a related field. Equivalent relevant commercial experience will also be considered.
- You have several years of successful sales experience in medical devices, surgical products, healthcare or premium aesthetic products.
- You have strong experience in account management and new-business development; an established network in plastic surgery, breast surgery, aesthetic medicine or the Belgian hospital and clinic sector is an advantage.
- You communicate credibly with highly specialized clinical clients and build sustainable relationships through professionalism, reliability and strong interpersonal skills.
- You demonstrate initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, data-driven approach.
- You are able to travel regularly throughout Belgium and internationally when required, and have fully professional Flemish Dutch and French as well as strong working English.
