Your mission
  • Engage in and prepare for high-level strategic, analytical, conceptual, and financial discussions with the CEO and CFO, shaping key business strategies.
  • Direct all ongoing project activities and projects, ensure their proper execution through visualization of progress, coordination of project teams, enabling of team members and tracking of activities.
  • Create transparent metrics for regular follow-up and ensure coherence and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive research work and perform detailed analyses to support data-driven decision-making, contributing effectively to strategic initiatives and long-term corporate planning.
  • Craft and refine critical documents, presentations, and reports for a variety of internal and external stakeholders, thereby influencing pivotal business decisions.
  • Act as an essential conduit for communication between internal departments and external partners, ensuring strategic coherence and the continuity of information flow.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise, preferably with experience in a top-tier consulting firm, complemented by a robust track record in change management from strategic planning to execution.
  • A dynamic and energetic approach to driving and implementing change, with a passion for making impactful transformations.
  • Exceptional ability to influence, guide, and support others through changes, providing clear structure and direction.
  • Appreciation for the complexity of projects and functions, with a talent for orchestrating multiple components to ensure seamless integration and optimal outcomes.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, being able to adapt to the respective audience.
  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Office applications, vital for creating sophisticated documents and analyses.
  • Experience in optimizing business processes, ideally within a manufacturing or medical products environment, to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Full proficiency in both German and English, enabling effective communication in a multinational context.
  • A proactive, hands-on mentality with a consistently solution-oriented approach.
